A REALTOR® since 2003, Tina Carone started building the framework for a successful career long ago. Carone and her husband Paul have been investing in Vero Beach for some 30 years. They learned first hand the ins and outs of identifying, negotiating, financing and managing investment property.
Carone matched her passion for real estate with years of administrative experience and went to work developing marketing materials, and coordinating all aspects of transactions for top real estate agents in Vero Beach. Carone served as a REALTOR®'s assistant for nine years before seeking her own license. Having been the buyer, the seller and the landlord for so many years, Carone's focus on customer services has always been natural and sincere.
Carone has put her experience to work for buyers and sellers. A perennial Top Producer, she delivers consistent results in today's volatile real estate market.
Carone has never been satisfied with the "status quo" and so she has dedicated her time and energy to continuing her real estate education. Carone is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) - as well as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and an e-PRO, well versed in electronic communication. In addition, Carone has continued her REALTOR® education with many courses including, Core Law; Completing and Effective Purchase and Sale Contract, Steven David's Boot Camp; Title Insurance Workshop, Ethics Training and Feng Shui for REALTORS®.
Carone's professional commitments include serving the REALTORS® Association of Indian River on the Habitat for Humanity committee, Events committee, and Professional Standards committee. She was voted "Rookie of the Year" by her peers for 2005 and elected to the Board of Directors in 2007. On a personal level, Carone is a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and has served as both a Eucharistic Minister and a Lector for over 20 years. Carone is a life long "crafter" who especially enjoys sewing, knitting, painting and gardening.
A Vero Beach resident since 1981, Carone is a native New Yorker. Her husband Paul relocated to Vero Beach in 1978 from the suburbs of Chicago. They have been married for 22 years and enjoy life here in Vero Beach with their 2 dogs, Baccigaloop and Bella. Fortunate to have a large extended family here, Paul and Tina often travel to West Virginia, for visits with their grandchildren as well as New York and Chicago for visits with family and friends.
