Riverpoint

Riverpoint is a luxury gated community of 23 "Key West" style homes on mainland deep-water canals. The canals do not have seawalls and the docks are waterward of lovely mangroves and "natural" shoreline.

All homes are 2 stories with clapboard siding and metal roofs. Most have docks and/or boat lifts. Sizes range from 2200 sq.ft. 3 br/2 ba to 5300 sq.ft. 5 br/5 ba. The first home was completed in 1997 and the most recent in 2005. There are a few building lots remaining.

Riverpoint shares it's entrance channel from the Intracoastal Waterway with Vero Shores. These two communities have the distinction of being the closest to the Ft. Pierce inlet while still remaining in Indian River County. Minutes by boat to the ICW and Ft. Pierce inlet.
